Rediscovering Playa del Carmen: A Journey Through Time and Sun
My recent travels to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, was a blend of nostalgia and new adventures. Over 20 years ago, I visited Playa del Carmen for a wedding, and returning after all these years was like stepping into a familiar yet wonderfully evolved world. I had a blast exploring museums, soaking in the rich history, and finding peace in a beautiful church. Fifth Avenue buzzed with energy, offering endless entertainment and vibrant culture. But the real highlight was hitting the beach for the first time in yearsβfeeling the sand between my toes and the sun on my skin was pure bliss. Playa del Carmen remains as captivating as ever, and this trip reminded me why itβs a place that stays with you long after you leave.
